Have You Seen The Healthy Network Light

I’m new to Windows Home Server, I just setup my box last Wednesday night and seem to running is much issues then I was expecting. First choppy video when I stream the ones I download through WHS & second and most important file corruption. Currently I’m have file corruption issues in four directories Music, Video, Software, and Public. The error in all directories are all the same “ the group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation” when I check the MSDN there’s no solutions identified that will work for me besides deleting the effected files because I’ve tried every other solution. Let me know what I can do to resolve theses issues.
