I got this email from Ebay the other night. Before i got this email i had already paid for my winnings and got the product. Does this mean i get my money back?

P.S. It could have been stolen stuff i mean I paid 8 bucks for a 3 pack of digital paper for my logitech pen. If i would have bought it from Logitech i would have been 20 bucks including shipping.
